I started diving at age 10 and have been representing Switzerland on the European and world stage ever since. I train in Lausanne and compete internationally while pursuing a degree in osteopathy: because athletic development and understanding the body go hand in hand.

A half-day experience for your team in two parts: a strength & conditioning session inspired by elite athletic training (core work, coordination, cardio, demanding enough that no one leaves without having pushed themselves), followed by an optional diving initiation guided personally by Thibaud. No experience required.

Multiple Swiss champion, international competitor, and osteopathy student, this session is more than a standard team-building format. Available throughout Switzerland.
